Mr. Weinzerl has over 15 years of experience in the capital goods business for the high-tech manufacturing industry. Prior to CH2M HILL he held a variety of product management, engineering, development, marketing, sales and strategic business development positions with Swiss high-tech process equipment companies Oerlikon and Meyer Burger, where he acquired extensive experience in both, thin film and crystalline silicon Solar PV manufacturing.

He holds a Masters degree in Business and Engineering from Technical University Graz, Austria. He has authored multiple papers and has been an invited speaker at conferences, both domestically and abroad. He holds three patents in the capital process equipment industry.

As a Manager for Business Development and Technology for Solar PV, Mr. Weinzerl works with clients globally to lead them through the planning process of designing and building new manufacturing operations. He leverages his extensive expertise in the capital process equipment s engineering, development, and manufacturing to evaluate solar manufacturing and technology roadmaps.
